Primetime Narration is operated by Thomas Pinto, individually (referred to in these Terms as “Thomas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PrimetimeNarration.com, related webpages, emails, and products offered under the Primetime Narration name (collectively, the “Site” and “Products”).
Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting the Site, creating an account, joining a waitlist, enrolling in or using a Product, or clicking “Pay Now,” “Sign Up Now,” or a similar checkout button, you agree to these Terms and the Primetime Narration Privacy Policy posted on the Site. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase or access a Product.
1. Products covered by these Terms
These Terms apply to Primetime Narration’s self-paced online courses, course videos, practice scripts, downloadable materials, workshops, webinars, other digital educational products, packages, bundles, and related communications. They also apply when you join a waitlist or provide your email for Product information.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in separate written terms, private coaching with Thomas is not covered by these Terms. Private coaching is subject to its own terms and arrangements.
Product descriptions, availability, pricing, access period, and any additional product-specific terms shown on the Site or at checkout are part of these Terms. If there is a conflict, the product-specific terms control for that Product.
Course-specific terms: Primetime Narration
Primetime Narration is a self-paced online educational course with approximately three hours of streaming video instruction and downloadable practice scripts. Enrollment is for one student only. Course videos are streaming-only; practice scripts may be downloaded solely for the enrolled student’s private practice.
Your course access, login, videos, scripts, and other Materials are personal to you. You may not share them or use them in demos, auditions, portfolios, social-media posts, public performances, paid or unpaid projects, group coaching, classes, or commercial work without Thomas’s prior written permission.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are administered through Podia and processed through Stripe. If you select the three-payment plan, you agree to pay all three scheduled installments for the full course price. It is a fixed payment plan - not a subscription - and the remaining installments cannot be canceled simply because you stop using the course. If a payment fails, course access may be paused until the account is brought current.
Because you receive immediate access to digital course materials, all course sales are final. Refunds, cancellations, and credits are not offered for a change of mind, unused access, or an incomplete course, except where required by law. Thomas will reasonably address duplicate charges or a technical-access issue that cannot be fixed.
The course is designed to help voice actors understand and approach television narration more effectively. It does not guarantee auditions, representation, bookings, income, or any other career outcome. Individual evaluation and private coaching are not included.
2. Educational purpose; no promised outcome
Primetime Narration provides educational material about television narration, performance, storytelling, auditions, and related professional development. The Products are self-paced educational resources; they are not an offer of employment, representation, union membership, a professional credential, or a promise of work.
Thomas does not guarantee auditions, bookings, representation, income, career advancement, or any other particular result. Your results depend on many factors outside Thomas’s control, including your experience, work, market conditions, and the decisions of casting professionals, producers, employers, and clients.
Unless a Product description specifically says otherwise, enrollment does not include individual performance evaluation, private coaching, or personalized feedback.
3. Eligibility and account responsibilities
Products are intended for adults age 18 or older. By using the Site or purchasing a Product, you represent that you are at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement.
You must provide accurate, current account and purchase information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [PrimetimeNarration@gmail.com] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Each registration is for one individual student only. You may not share, sell, transfer, lend, sublicense, or allow another person to use your account, login, course access, or Product materials. Organizational, team, classroom, or group use requires Thomas’s prior written permission.
4. Limited license and intellectual property
Thomas and applicable licensors own the Site and all Product materials, including course videos, audio, practice scripts, text, teaching methods, graphics, branding, downloads, and other content (“Materials”). The Materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
After full and timely payment, Thomas grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Materials solely for your own private, noncommercial learning and practice while your Product access remains available under these Terms.
Course videos are provided for streaming only unless Thomas expressly states otherwise. You may download practice scripts only where a download is made available, and only for your own private practice.
Without Thomas’s prior written permission, you may not:
- copy, reproduce, record, screenshot extensively, download, retransmit, republish, translate, adapt, distribute, display, perform, sell, rent, license, or otherwise exploit any Materials;
- share Materials, scripts, logins, recordings, or access with another person, including in a group class, coaching program, paid community, or membership;
- use course videos or practice scripts in a demo, audition, portfolio, social-media post, website, public performance, paid or unpaid project, or other commercial or promotional use;
- remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or other proprietary notices;
- use Materials to create, market, or support a competing course, product, service, or database;
- upload, submit, or use Materials to train, develop, test, or operate an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system; or
- encourage, assist, or enable anyone else to do any of the above.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Materials to you. Any rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the Site and Products only lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You may not interfere with the Site or another student’s access, bypass access controls, probe or test system security, scrape or harvest content or personal information, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the Site in a way that is fraudulent, abusive, harassing, unlawful, or harmful.
6. Pricing, payments, and taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless the checkout page says otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes, bank charges, currency-conversion fees, and similar charges associated with your purchase.
Payments are administered through Podia and processed through Stripe. By submitting a payment method, you authorize the applicable charges and agree to the payment processor’s terms and policies. Thomas does not receive or store your full payment-card details.
Three-payment installment plan
If you select a three-payment installment plan, the checkout page will show the amount and timing of each scheduled payment. The installment plan is a payment plan for the Product’s full purchase price. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically after the final installment.
Because you receive access to digital course materials upon enrollment, selecting an installment plan is a commitment to pay the full stated purchase price. Stopping use of the Product or choosing not to complete the course does not cancel future installments. You authorize the scheduled charges disclosed at checkout.
If a payment fails or is reversed, Thomas may, after reasonable notice where practicable, pause or end access until the account is brought current. Thomas may also seek payment of any remaining balance through lawful means. Please contact [PrimetimeNarration@gmail.com] promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect or need help updating a payment method.
7. Refunds and cancellations
All Product sales are final. Because digital course access and materials are made available immediately after purchase, Thomas does not offer refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations for a change of mind, unused access, scheduling conflicts, failure to complete a Product, or a decision that the Product is not a fit.
This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law. Thomas will promptly review and reasonably address duplicate charges and a genuine technical-access problem that cannot be reasonably fixed. Any exception to the refund policy must be confirmed by Thomas in writing.
8. Product access, changes, and availability
Primetime Narration is self-paced. As stated on the applicable Product page, course access is currently intended to be available for as long as Thomas continues to make that course available. Access is not a promise of lifetime access or of access on any particular platform forever.
Thomas may update, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue a Product, feature, lesson, platform, or Materials. If a Product or platform must be discontinued, Thomas will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and a reasonable transition period where practicable. Thomas does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent access to the Site or Products.
You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, internet connection, and any software needed to access streaming content. Service may be interrupted by maintenance, technology failures, third-party providers, or events outside Thomas’s reasonable control.
9. Third-party services and links
The Site and checkout use services provided by third parties, including Podia and Stripe. Their services, websites, payment methods, terms, policies, availability, and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. Thomas is not responsible for third-party content, services, outages, actions, or policies.
The Site may link to other websites or resources for convenience. A link is not an endorsement, and you use third-party sites at your own risk.
10. Suspension or termination
Thomas may suspend or terminate your account or access to a Product if Thomas reasonably believes that you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, infringed intellectual-property rights, shared Materials or account access, or created a risk to the Site, Thomas, or other users.
Suspension or termination for a violation does not relieve you of payment obligations and does not create a right to a refund. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, disputes, and general terms, will survive.
11. Disclaimers
THE SITE, PRODUCTS, AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THOMAS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY.
Thomas does not warrant that the Site or Products will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, free of harmful components, or suitable for every individual or purpose. You use the Site and Products at your own risk.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THOMAS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, INCOME, OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, OR DATA; OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, PRODUCTS, MATERIALS, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, OR RELIANCE ON PRODUCT CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THOMAS’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO A CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THOMAS FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Thomas from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site or Materials, infringement of another person’s rights, or conduct under your account.
14. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact Thomas at [PrimetimeNarration@gmail.com] and give the parties a reasonable opportunity to try to resolve the concern informally.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, you and Thomas agree that any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, the Site, or a Product will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in San Joaquin County, California, or the federal court with jurisdiction over San Joaquin County, California. You and Thomas consent to that venue and personal jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these Terms
Thomas may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date. Material changes will apply prospectively and may be communicated through the Site or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Site or Products after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
16. General terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy, together with applicable product-specific terms shown at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and Thomas about the Site and Products. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Thomas’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign these Terms or your Product access without written permission. Thomas may assign these Terms in connection with a sale, transfer, or reorganization of the business or its assets.
